Cejka Search is pleased to announce the promotion of Rebecca Kapphahn to Executive Vice President/Managing Principal, effective immediately.
Ms. Kapphahn began her career with Cejka Search in 2006 as an associate consultant, moving into the Manager, Executive and Physician Search role in 2008, and to her most recent role as Vice President/Search Consultant in 2010.
Throughout her career in healthcare recruitment, Ms. Kapphahn has honed outstanding full-cycle executive recruitment management skills, providing clients with fully customized executive search processes, strategic counsel, and actionable plans to best position their opportunities in the marketplace.
