Todd Wozniak, Senior Vice President and Managing Consultant
As senior vice president, managing consultant, Todd provides strategic management of complex executive search recruitments. Taking a collaborative approach with both internal search team members and client stakeholders, Todd plans and facilitates the implementation of full life-cycle recruitment processes, providing guidance and counsel to both clients and candidates throughout. He works closely with clients from the first steps of the search engagement to identify organizational needs and priorities, developing highly personalized recruitment strategies designed to ensure that only the most highly qualified candidates are presented. He has placed top level operations, finance, and clinical leaders nationwide. Prior to joining Cejka Search, Todd served as a senior healthcare recruiter and senior market manager/area vice president for two nationally recognized nursing and allied staffing services providers.

Craig Hoven, Senior Vice President and Managing Consultant
Craig Hoven is senior vice president and managing consultant of Cejka Search, Cross County Healthcare’s executive search division. With more than two decades of healthcare staffing leadership experience, Craig leads all aspects of the executive search process for Cross Country, including candidate recruitment and interviewing, development of effective client and candidate relationship management and candidate placement.
Before joining Cross Country, Craig was a Partner at Matteson Partners, where he led the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. Before Matteson Partners, Craig spent nearly two decades serving healthcare providers in consulting and advisory services. Craig has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Kennesaw State University.

Todd Dillon, VP Physician Search Services
As Vice President of Physician Search Services, Todd provides leadership to a team of consultants, recruiters, and support staff based across the United States. He is involved in hiring, training, and mentoring new recruiters and consultants for Cross Country’s Cejka Search business. Todd graduated from DePauw University in 1984 and started in the physician recruiting industry in 1988 with a nationally recognized health care search firm, rising to Director of Recruitment. In 1995, Todd joined Cross Country as a Senior Search Consultant, bringing numerous years of search experience to the company.

Tom Hoecker

Tom Hoecker, Director of Strategic Solutions and Business Development
Tom offers 38 years of sustained excellence in helping client partners design and implement solutions to meet or exceed their talent acquisition goals. As an entrepreneur, Tom’s been the principal architect behind several successful companies including Ambassador Medical and Hoecker and Kohl. As an intrapreneur, he’s held leadership roles entrusted with building and rebuilding multiple recruiting organizations. Tom brings a unique wealth and breadth of knowledge, to Cejka Search, cultivated from serving all levels of the healthcare industry. Prior to entering the private sector, Tom served 22 years in the United States Air Force. Of his 22 years on active duty, 18 were in recruiting. Tom’s exceptional history of building and rebuilding talent management organizations has made him a trusted advisor within the industry to client partners looking for results-oriented solutions for their most critical needs.

Beth Briggs, Associate Consultant
Beth brings more than 12 years in the executive search industry to her client searches, in addition to foundational experience in sales and marketing. She draws on her expertise in recruiting and her ability to build relationships to support clients and candidates in filling C-level executives, physician leaders, key members of senior management and academic medicine faculty positions. Prior to joining Cejka Search, she focused on physician search, recruiting for a multitude of medical specialties and placed physicians in hospitals, clinics and medical groups across the country. Beth earned a B.S. in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Missouri – Columbia.

Lisa Polk, Associate Consultant
Lisa brings more than two decades of healthcare recruitment, credentialing and onboarding experience to the Cejka team, with a supplementary background in human resources. Prior to joining Cejka, she had management and director-level roles at staffing agencies as well as large private and community medical practices. Lisa is currently earning her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Polk State College.

Christopher Perry, Associate Consultant
Christopher brings more than twenty years of healthcare recruitment leadership experience to the Cejka team, as well as a proven ability to source entry-level to C-suite with a focus on white-glove service. Prior to his promotion to Associate Consultant, Christopher managed four teams of recruiters as the firm’s Director of Client Services. Christopher earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maine – Orono.

Amanda Forsythe, Associate Consultant
With more than a decade of physician recruitment experience, Amanda Forsythe brings valuable sourcing, recruitment, credentialing, onboarding and retention expertise to the Cejka team. Prior to joining Cejka, she was responsible for full-cycle provider recruitment at a large physician group’s 66 practice locations across East Tennessee. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Sociology, with honors, from East Tennessee State University.

Mary Beth

Mary Beth Kiernan, Director of Operations
Mary Beth brings more than 29 years of experience to the retained physician search industry. She started as an Administrative Assistant with Cejka Search and worked her way up to Director of Operations for the division. As Director of Operations, Mary Beth oversees the support functions for the division including the administrative staff as well as candidate referencing, client sourcing, and broadcast email departments. She provides operational support to the Sr. VPs of retained physician search helping to manage the financial and operational plans to meet divisional goals and objectives as well as ensure all processes run smoothly and efficiently. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
