As a seasoned clinical and operational health care executive of more than 30 years, Joyce is responsible for senior-level health care search services and consultation. She works in collaboration with health care boards and senior executives at health care organizations nationwide to acquire senior talent to meet their business objectives.
Prior to joining Cejka Search, Joyce’s executive recruitment experience included leadership positions with a leading health care executive search firm. Joyce’s health care management experience includes serving as Administrator for a large physician-led practice, Vice President of Patient Care Services for an integrated delivery system and Director of Outpatient Services for an acute care hospital.
Joyce holds a M.A. in Health Services Management from Webster University and a B.S. in Nursing from Maryville University of Saint Louis. She is also an active member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives.
