Vivian M. Luce, MBA, Vice President, Cejka Search, will present Building Physician Leadership: How and Whyon October 7, 2013 in San Diego, Calif. Luce will explore how physician leaders can help health care organizations retain, develop and align their medical staffs. She will also analyze the effect of physician vacancy on a practice’s bottom-line.
