Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, the nation’s first accredited Accountable Care Organization (ACO), has retained Cejka Search to recruit an experienced nurse leader to serve as the Senior Manager After Hours Nurse Triage.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Ambulatory Care, the Senior Manager After Hours Nurse Triage is responsible for leading a team of 35 nurses in the Registered Nurse Telehealth department to enhance and implement telephone triage services during the after-clinic hours of Kelsey Seybold Clinic. The Senior Manager will develop, analyze, and manage to the department service standards and metrics while mentoring and training staff to meet organizational patient experience expectations for the full spectrum of primary care and multispecialty services provided to its patient population. The Senior Manager will provide strategic direction for the department, support patient access initiatives specific to telephone triage protocols, and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients, physicians, and administration. 

Successful candidates will have at least five years progressive management experience with demonstrated knowledge in telehealth or triage services. Clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting in emergency department, trauma or triage environment is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with leadership, nurses and physicians while managing a large team of triage nurses in a telehealth environment. Must posses or qualify to obtain an active Texas registered nursing license.
