Cejka Search has been retained by Envision Physician Services, Envision Healthcare, to recruit accomplished healthcare executives for two influential and highly visible leadership positions: Group President - West Division and Group President – Southeast Division.
As Envision Physician Services continues to grow and expand services to meet the dynamic healthcare needs of patients and clients, each Group President will be responsible and accountable for strategic and operational leadership to achieve P&L performance for their book of business that will contain 250+ service delivery sites and have annual revenues exceeding $1B. The Group President will build an integrated clinical platform to add value to the hospital clients and serve as a key partner in the success of the hospital, clinical outcomes and patient experience. The Group President partners with clinical and operational leaders and the Centers of Excellence to achieve targeted results in the areas of quality and service, operational performance, information technology advancements, clinical innovation, physician engagement and integrated medicine, while participating and supporting business decisions that advance both market-specific and organizational growth and initiatives.

Successful candidates will be healthcare executives with 10 or more years of progressive experience of managing the operations and economics of healthcare services within a complex integrated care system, integrated hospital delivery system or multi-state medical group of $500+ million revenues across multiple specialties. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, mentorship and management of a high functioning team, ability to cultivate partnerships to drive performance. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s is preferred.
