Cejka Search has been retained by the University of Memphis Loewenberg College of Nursing to recruit an Associate Dean for Academic Programs. Our goal is to recruit a well-established academic nurse-scholar for this position who will oversee the planning, development, administration, evaluation, and continuous improvement of all academic programs, including bachelors, masters, and doctoral.
The Associate Dean is accountable for developing innovative, future-oriented educational programs; meeting academic accreditation standards; and forging effective inter-and-intra-professional partnerships with faculty and staff to fulfill the College’s academic mission.
The University of Memphis Loewenberg College of Nursing is home to more than 1,000 students, enrolled on two campuses (Memphis and Lambuth) and online. Main campus students are housed in the new $60 million Community Health Building. The nearly 200,000 square foot building serves as a hub for faculty, students, staff and community partners to exchange ideas, pursue scientific inquiries, strive for academic excellence and commit to serving interests of the community from local to global.
