Cejka Search provides our exclusive search clients with the real-time data from recent placements and other supplementary information sources, such as customized surveys of our extensive database.
On a 10-business-day turnaround, we are able to complete customized compensation snapshots based on a real-time questionnaire sent out to all physicians in our database by specialty and other parameters, such as skill, years in practice, geographic region. We can also survey for variables such as mix of base pay, stipends for directorship, bonuses, pay for call, etc.
Pricing begins at $2,500 per specialty and is quoted when the specialty, degree of detail and scope of the survey is defined. Additional list acquisition expense, if needed, would be quoted for your approval.
Note: While providing a snapshot of real-time compensation information— our survey doesn’t control for variables and the data are self-reported. So, they are not statistically valid and do not represent a “fair market valuation.”
