The survey provides readers with a current snapshot of turnover rates by gender, years with the practice, medical group, region, ownership, and by full-time and part-time employment. Respondents share actionable strategies that have been successful in attracting and retaining physicians and advanced practitioners. The report also highlights key drivers for a sustainable primary care model, and how the development of accountable care and medical homes will impact the recruitment and retention efforts of medical groups.
