Cejka Search Presents Physician Retention Survey and Receives AMGA Distinguished Corporate Partner Award at AMGA 2008 Annual Conference

Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician and healthcare executive search firm, announced that Carol Westfall, president of Cejka Search, will deliver a presentation and accept an award at the upcoming AMGA 2008 Annual Conference: Learning from the Best in Orlando, Florida.
Westfall will present the Cejka Search and AMGA 2007 Physician Retention Survey with Joseph Scopelliti, MD, who will share his insights and experience as president of Guthrie Clinic in Sayre, Penn. The presentation will take place on Saturday, March 8 at 2:00 p.m. That evening, Westfall will accept the AMGA Distinguished Corporate Partner Award on behalf of Cejka Search at the AMGA Banquet.
"The goal of this 2007 supplemental survey is to isolate leading trends and retention strategies identified in past surveys and deliver new insights about how they are affecting practices across the U.S.," said Carol Westfall, president of Cejka Search. "We hope that this survey will provide a one-stop source for key statistical benchmarks, along with greater knowledge to support efforts to successfully recruit and retain physicians in a time of shortage."
The presentation will highlight findings from the survey, which provides key statistical benchmarks and the respondents’ insights to support the efforts of medical groups to successfully recruit and retain physicians in a time of shortage.
Cejka Search is also being honored with the AMGA Distinguished Corporate Partner Award. The award is in recognition of the many contributions Cejka Search has made to AMGA on behalf of its membership and on behalf of advancing quality medical care in America.
