St. Louis (April 1, 2009) – Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician and executive search organization, has selected Lori Schutte, formerly the company’s Vice President of Client Services, as President effective April 1, 2009. She succeeds Carol Westfall who announced her retirement in September 2008 after 23 years with the company.
Schutte will be responsible for strategic planning and leadership of all business activities and brings extensive healthcare and operational experience to the organization, including development and implementation of strategic plans, team building, client relationship management and program development.

Her leadership qualities and results-oriented style have been and will continue to be key drivers for the growth and success of the Search Division,” said Joseph A. Schutte joined Cejka Search in 2004 as Vice President of Client Services and has been instrumental to the company’s success by providing strategic direction, guaranteeing internal performance and quality standards, and exceeding client expectations. Prior to joining Cejka Search, Schutte was Vice President of Mid-America Transplant Services in St. Louis. During her 15-year tenure, she managed the development and implementation of organ and tissue donation systems within a hospital setting and is a recognized leader in the organ procurement community.
Schutte holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Louis University.
