Michael Dunford Joins Cejka Search as Senior Vice President to Lead the Executive Search Division

Cejka Search, a nationally recognized healthcare executive and physician search firm providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for more than 25 years, announced that Michael Dunford has joined the company as Senior Vice President of the Executive Search Division.
With more than 30 years of executive search and consulting background, Dunford's experience includes recruiting senior-level positions for client organizations in a broad range of industries, including healthcare. He has led search teams within healthcare systems, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies and has completed both national and international search assignments for organizations such as Catholic Health East, Abbott, TAP Pharmaceutical Products, Inc., and Lexis/Nexis.
Dunford is active in the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and was recognized in The Career Makers as one of the leading executive recruiters in the country.

Prior to joining Cejka Search, Michael served as the Managing Member of Michael Dunford Associates, LLC, a retained executive search firm. He served as Managing Director at Korn/Ferry International for 10 years, and also was a consultant and partner with the search firm Lamalie Associates for 10 years.
Dunford received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stout State University in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Dunford also served as an officer in the United States Navy.
