Vivian Luce is a Vice President of Sales with Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health and executive search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years. For the past 17 years, Vivian has worked as a Regional Director. She is responsible for business development and client management in the Pacific Northwest and Central Northern region.

Her years of experience as a search consultant have proven instrumental when meeting with hospital CEOs and group practice administrators in determining how to best approach their medical staff development needs. She possesses the ability to quickly identify what the challenges are and more importantly provide client specific solutions. Vivian’s invitations to be a speaker at residency and fellowship programs across the United States exhibits her in-depth knowledge about the national health care job market, trends for hiring, behavioral interviewing skills, physician compensation and contract negotiations.

Cejka Search’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program was developed, implemented and managed by Vivian. She was instrumental in establishing performance benchmarks along with identifying processes to improve our company’s overall performance by focusing on best practices.

Vivian earned an MBA with a concentration in Medical Group Management from the University of St. Thomas – Minneapolis, Minnesota, a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota. Her professional memberships include Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) and St. Louis Metro Health Care Executives.
