Vivian is a Vice President with Cejka Search. For the past 14 years she has worked with healthcare organizations throughout the United States including large integrated delivery systems, group practice and academic medical centers.
Her years of experience as a physician search consultant have proven instrumental when meeting with hospital administrators and group practice managers in determining how to best approach their medical staff development needs. She can quickly identify what barriers exist and more importantly how to mitigate them. Vivian's invitations to be a speaker at residency and fellowship programs exhibits her in-depth knowledge about the national healthcare job market, trends for hiring, behavioral interviewing skills, physician compensation and contract negotiations.
Cejka Search's Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program was developed, implemented and managed by Vivian. She has assisted in establishing performance benchmarks along with identifying opportunities to improve our company's overall performance by focusing on best practices.
Vivian holds an MBA with a concentration in Medical Group Management from the University of St. Thomas - Minneapolis, Minnesota, a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota. Her professional memberships include Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) and St. Louis Metro Healthcare Executives.
