Susan Anderson is a Senior Search Consultant in the Physician Search Division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health and executive search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years.
She joined Cejka Search in 2004 and is responsible for the successful placement of physician candidates in leading health care organizations nationwide. Her experience in managing multiple contracted searches and her skills in effective analysis and negotiation have resulted in a strong track record in physician recruitment and a high level of client satisfaction. She is a recipient of the Cejka Search “Circle of Excellence” award in recognition of her commitment to successful placement of top- level talent and client assessment of her performance as a partner.
Her experience prior to joining Cejka Search in the pharmaceutical and managed care industries included working with physicians to implement evidence-based medical guidelines. Susan’s skills in effective analysis and negotiation contribute to her success in matching physician candidates with her client organizations.
Susan earned a Master of Health Administration from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
