- Randy has more than 20 years of experience as a sales executive in the consumer products industry with Fortune 500 companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Unilever, Ralston Purina, and Honeywell International.
- As the former Vice President of Sales, he most recently managed the Beech-Nut Baby Food sales organization.
Randy Kellis is a Vice President of Sales with Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health and executive search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years.
His extensive experience provides Cejka Search clients with critical insight on how best to optimize physician recruitment objectives. Randy’s consultative expertise is instrumental in helping hospital administrators orchestrate and fulfill medical staff developmental needs.
Randy holds a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University’s Olin School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. He is a professional member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
Randy serves on the alumni board of the Olin School of Business and on the board of the Ronald McDonald House Charities. As a mentor with Innovate VMS, he also volunteers with area start-up companies. Randy is a founding board member and the current President of the Chesterfield Baseball Softball Association.
