Rachael Burns is Manager of Executive Recruitment at Cejka Executive Search, a nationally recognized health care executive and physician search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years.
As Manager of Executive Recruitment, Rachael contributes to Executive Search in a dual capacity; she has responsibility for our team of Senior Associate Consultants and Associate Consultants while maintaining an active role in recruitment efforts for our clients. Through her understanding of the leadership development goals and focus of her clients, Rachael has developed a successful track record of identifying and recruiting top talent.
Rachael has nearly 20 years’ experience in recruitment and sales working within two well respected, international firms. During that time, she developed relationships with C-level management and candidates to successfully build executive teams. Rachael has received recognition for her contributions from her employers and key client organizations based on her expertise, integrity and commitment.
Rachael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
