Pat Doyle-Grace is a Corporate Training Specialist for Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health and health care executive search firm providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for 30 years.
Pat’s responsibilities encompass training programs both at Cejka Search, as well as at its parent organization, Cross Country Healthcare, a leading provider of health care staffing services in the United States.
Joining Cejka Search immediately after its inception in 1982, Pat served as a Senior Consultant in the organization’s physician search division. Utilizing her expertise in recruitment and the ability to coach and mentor, she helped clients develop effective recruitment processes, which allowed them to successfully recruit their candidate of choice.
Since 2003, Pat has focused on the development and implementation of corporate-wide training programs ranging from basic skills improvement to business etiquette. She is a Franklin Covey Certified Facilitator and conducts seminars in Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and Seven Habits of Highly Effective Families. She is also a Certified Instructor for Employment Learning Innovations and conducts Civil Treatment programs for both managers and employees.
Pat is long-time member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) and is a faculty member of the NAPR’s School of Healthcare Recruitment, which trains participants a variety of techniques and best practices in physician recruiting. Cejka Search was one of the founding members of the organization in 1984, and Pat recently was elected to its Board of Directors, National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR)
Pat earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from MacMurray College in Illinois, and Masters’ degrees in both Educational Psychology and English from the University of Illinois at Urbana.
