Pam Kinsella is a Senior Search Consultant, in the Physician Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician and healthcare executive search firm providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for more than 25 years.
Pam joined Cejka Search in 2002 and is responsible for ensuring the successful development and placement of physician candidates on behalf of leading healthcare organizations across the country. In this role, she applies her strong skills in the identification and assessment of physician candidate across all facets of clinical healthcare recruitment for hospitals, health systems, group practices and academic institutions.
With a strong commitment to her clients’ needs, Pam has earned a reputation as a search consultant who takes a true partnership approach in every search.
Prior to joining Cejka Search, Pam was a sales manager for a medical products distributor in the greater Boston area, Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
