Mark Prosperi is Vice President, Engagement Manager of Cejka Executive Search. Cejka Executive Search is the fifth largest health care search firm in the U.S., providing services to the health care industry for more than 30 years.
Mark has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, including more than 10 years as part of the Cejka Executive Search team. His experience encompasses a wide range of health care services, including search and recruitment, business development, consulting, management, database development, and oversight of credentials verification.
As Vice President, Engagement Manager, Mark provides executive search services to a diverse client base of hospitals and health systems, academic institutions, physician group practices and managed care organizations. He has a strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges facing each of these organizations and has built a stellar reputation for his ability to produce results, partner effectively, and build long-term client relationships.
He possesses an exceptional depth of health care knowledge and experience and a keen understanding of how to assist client organizations find the best candidates available for their current and future talent needs. Mark has a successful track record as an accomplished senior-level healthcare executive search consultant, successfully completing search assignments and interfacing exceptionally well with both clients and candidates.
Prior to joining Cejka Executive Search, Mark led the creation, development and implementation of an in-house faculty and executive recruitment program at Washington University School of Medicine in accordance with executive search industry best practices.
Mark earned a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis in 1985 and a Bachelor of Science degree, also from Washington University, in 1983.
