Mark Prosperi is Vice President in the Executive Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized healthcare executive and physician search firm providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for more than 25 years.
Mark’s more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry includes nearly 10 years as part of the Cejka Search team. In his current role, he provides executive search services to Cejka Search’s diverse client base of hospitals and health systems, academic institutions, physician group practices and managed care organizations. He has a strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges facing each of these organizations and has built a stellar reputation for his ability to produce results, partner effectively, and build long-term client relationships.
Mark’s experience encompasses a wide range of healthcare services, including search and recruitment, business development, consulting, management, database development, and oversight of credentials verification. He possesses an exceptional depth of healthcare knowledge and experience. He has a keen understanding of how to assist healthcare organizations find the best candidates available for their current and future talent needs. Mark has a track record for successfully completing search assignments and interfacing exceptionally well with both clients and candidates. For seven years, he operated his own consulting firm which specialized in healthcare recruitment and credentialing services.
Mark earned a Master in Health Administration from Washington University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
