Lori Schutte is Vice President of Client Services for the Physician Search division, where she is responsible for defining and executing initiatives vital to successful service delivery. Lori brings extensive healthcare and operational experience to the organization, including development and implementation of strategic plans, team building, client relationship management and program development.
With responsibilities for client relationship management, Lori provides direction critical to the successful management of key accounts. She works closely with division staff members to ensure that internal performance/quality standards are met and client expectations are exceeded.
She has been featured as an expert speaker on the topic: “Hiring Physicians – A Roadmap for Building an Effective Physician Recruitment Function in Your Organization.”
Prior to joining Cejka Search, Lori was Vice President of Mid-America Transplant Services in St. Louis. During her 15-year tenure, she managed all activities related to the development and implementation of organ and tissue donation systems within a hospital setting. She is a recognized leader in the organ procurement community.
Lori holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Louis University.
