Lois Dister is Senior Executive Consultant of Cejka Executive Search. Cejka Search is the fifth largest health care executive search firm in the U.S., providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years.
During Ms. Dister’s thirteen years with the firm, she earned an exemplary reputation as an executive search consultant based on the wide range of health care clients she has served, and the positive outcomes of search assignments she has completed. Lois has worked in academics, hospitals and health systems, medical group practices, specialty health care companies, and managed care.
Prior to joining Cejka Executive Search, Ms. Dister was Vice President, International Business Development for Maritz Inc., a privately held, $2B organization headquartered in St. Louis. Before joining Maritz, she worked for the FBI in Washington, DC.
Ms. Dister has developed a national reputation in health care executive search. She is a frequent speaker at national forums and publishes articles annually on current health care issues and trends.
