Lois Dister is Vice President and Practice Leader of the Executive Search Division of Cejka Search. Cejka Search is a nationally recognized executive search organization providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for more than twenty-five years.
Lois is in her ninth year with the firm. Her executive search expertise includes healthcare executives in academic institutions, hospitals and health systems, specialty healthcare companies, group practices and healthcareventure capital firms.
Prior to joining Cejka Search, Lois was Vice President, International Business Development for Maritz Inc., a privately held, $2B organization headquartered in St. Louis.
