Kathy Murray is Senior Director, Key Accounts, in the Physician Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health and health care executive search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years.
Kathy has over 20 years of physician recruitment experience and has been with Cejka Search for more than 15 years. She was instrumental in the launch of Cejka Search’s outsourced physician recruitment services and now directs the comprehensive assessment, development and implementation of recruitment best practices for Cejka Search’s largest accounts.
Kathy’s proven expertise has led to improvements in recruitment outcomes and the development of numerous best practices that have been adopted by health care organizations throughout the country. She has the unique ability to quickly partner with her clients and then direct a multidisciplinary team to successfully meet critical recruitment needs.
Kathy enjoys a national reputation for her recruitment outcomes and exceptional client relationships. She is a highly respected senior member of Cejka Search’s recruitment team and a seasoned presenter at organizations such as VHA, AMGA, and MGMA.
Kathy’s prior experience includes a large medical group in Los Angeles, where she was the Director of Physician Recruiting/Physician Credentialing for more than a decade. Her physician recruitment expertise also extends to medical groups, hospitals, integrated health care delivery systems and academic institutions.
