Kathy McBrearty is a Senior Search Consultant, in the Physician Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health and executive search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more 30 years.
Kathy joined Cejka Search in 2000 and is responsible for ensuring the successful development and placement of physician candidates on behalf of leading health care organizations across the country. Her experience and expertise in managing multiple contracted searches has resulted in a strong track record of successful placements and a high level of client satisfaction.
Kathy’s experience prior to joining Cejka Search as a safety director/risk manager for a major Midwest retail organization contributes to her effectiveness in working as a partner with her team to achieve results.
Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
