Karen Ensor, Director, Human Resources, joined the Cejka Search team in June 2000.

Her responsibilities encompass a wide variety of Human Resource Management including recruitment, training, compensation analysis, policy development, and benefits administration.

In addition, Karen has ensured compliance with a range of legislation including the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations.

Karen is an Honors graduate from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, and is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
