Germaine Lorbert is a Senior Search Consultant in the Physician Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician and healthcare executive search firm providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for more than 25 years.
Germaine has spent her entire career in healthcare. At Cejka Search for over 13 years, she has managed physician recruitment services for some of the nation’s most prestigious medical groups and hospitals. Germaine has successfully established stellar long-term relationships with those clients.
Germaine exemplifies the Cejka Search “gold standard” in providing superior customer service. She thoroughly understands her clients’ needs and is committed to their success. Her national reputation for creating solid physician-client matches has resulted in hundreds of successful physician hires, excellent retention and hires who often develop into future leaders within the organization.
As a result of her successful recruitment outcomes, Germaine has built a loyal client following, including many of whom she has served for more than a decade. In so doing, she has been a top contributor at Cejka Search, receiving numerous company awards, including Star Awards and Cejka Search's highest honor, the annual Leadership Award.
Before joining Cejka Search, Germaine was a staff nurse and community health nurse for organizations such as Barnes Hospital, the University of Missouri, Columbia Hospitals and the Missouri Crippled Children's Service.
Germaine earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
