Diane Safner is a Senior Search Consultant in the Physician Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician and health care executive search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years.
Diane joined Cejka Search in 1986, and her in-depth knowledge of the national health care job market, trends in hiring, behavioral interviewing skills, physician compensation, and contract negotiation are instrumental to her success in providing the right physician candidates for each client. She has honed her ability to quickly identify factors that will aid or hinder a search effort and is noted for her outstanding strategic planning to mitigate any barriers to recruitment.
Diane is the recipient of numerous performance awards and consistently receives the highest-level ratings in satisfaction from clients. Her commitment to quality and her thorough understanding of client needs have allowed her to establish long-term partnerships with many of her clients.
Diane earned a Masters degree in Counseling from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Music from MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Illinois.
