Cecilia Beard is the Director, Recruitment Partnerships in the Physician Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health and health care executive search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for more than 30 years.
Cecilia is responsible for ensuring the successful development and placement of physician candidates on behalf of the leading health care organizations she serves. Joining Cejka Search nearly 10 years ago, Cecilia honed her skills while serving as a Recruiter for one of the organization’s largest clients, and she consistently demonstrates strong recruitment and search management skills.
Her experience encompasses all facets of health care recruitment including clinical, physician executive, and executive search engagements for hospitals, health systems, group practices and academic institutions.
Prior to joining Cejka Search, Cecilia’s health care experience includes three years of emergency medicine staffing and recruitment.
Cecilia earned a Master in Health Administration and an undergraduate degree in Health Information Management from St. Louis University.
