Cecilia Beard is a Search Consultant in the Physician Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician and healthcare executive search firm providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for more than 25 years.
Cecilia is responsible for ensuring the successful development and placement of physician candidates on behalf of the leading healthcare organizations she serves. Joining Cejka Search nearly 10 years ago, Cecilia honed her skills while serving as a Recruiter for one of the organization’s largest clients, and she consistently demonstrates strong recruitment and search management skills.
Her experience encompasses all facets of healthcare recruitment including clinical, physician executive, and executive search engagements for hospitals, health systems, group practices and academic institutions.
Prior to joining Cejka Search, Cecilia’s healthcare experience includes three years of emergency medicine staffing and recruitment.
Cecilia earned a Master in Health Administration and an undergraduate degree in Health Information Management from St. Louis University.
