Butch Powley is a Vice President of Sales for Cejka Search, an industry leader in Physician, Executive and Allied Health recruitment for more than 30 years.
Butch has nearly 20 years experience in the physician recruitment industry, working with in-house recruiters as well as physician candidates. This firsthand experience has allowed Butch to acquire a unique understanding of the day to day challenges of physician recruitment and to develop strong relationships across the industry.
Prior to joining Cejka Search, Butch was a successful leader for over a decade with a national database firm. He also worked for an industry leading physician and health care job bank. Most recently, Butch served as Vice President of a regional recruitment company. He has been recognized for exceptional service and leadership efforts. This background has helped Butch earn the respect of both clients and peers.
Butch earned a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Communications at Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
