Ann Lamb is a Senior Search Consultant in the Physician Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician, allied health and health care executive search firm providing services exclusively to the health care industry for 30 years.
Ann is responsible for ensuring the successful development and placement of physician candidates on behalf of the leading health care organizations she serves. In this role, Ann has been extremely effective in managing multiple searches for several large accounts, as well as completing niche assignments for smaller organizations.
With nearly 20 years experience in health care, Ann joined Cejka Search as a subspecialist recruiter and has expanded her clinical portfolio to include a variety of clients. Her recruiting accomplishments have spanned a broad continuum: from helping a hospital in a small town increase their number of employed physicians by 25%, to staffing a department with five anesthesiologists in an urban setting, to recruiting a medical director for a large New England clinic.
Ann’s previous experience provides her with valuable insights about the needs of physicians and health care organizations, alike. She has worked in physician, hospital and ancillary contracting, network development, and physician recruitment for United Healthcare, Aetna, and BJC Health System, St. Louis’ largest integrated delivery system.
Ann earned a Masters in Health Administration from Webster University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Louis University.
