Andy Sandler is Vice President, Senior Search Consultant of Cejka Executive Search, the fifth largest healthcare executive search firm in the U.S., providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for 30 years.
With more than 12 years of executive search and consulting experience, Andy has a proven track record of building and reshaping healthcare organizations through key leadership search engagements. During the past decade, Andy has led search teams within healthcare systems, hospitals, medical group practices and healthcare service and technology companies. He has recruited C-level executives, vice presidents and directors across all functional disciplines. Andy provides his clients with insightful and targeted analysis of candidates’ strengths and fit for positions. Clients consistently recognize his focused and efficient leadership approach to the search process.
Prior to joining Cejka Executive Search, Andy was founder and managing partner of The Sandler Group, a retained health care executive search firm. He also served as Senior Recruiting Manager with a “top 20” executive search firm in St. Louis, where he was ranked one of the leading consultants in the firm’s 25 year history.
Andy is a member of several professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Andy also carries the distinction of being appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) in 2009.
Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University.
