Andy Sandler is a Vice President of Sales with Cejka Search, a nationally recognized search firm recruiting top talent exclusively for the health care industry for more than 30 years.

With 15 years of business development, client management and consulting experience, Andy has established a successful track record of building and reshaping health care organizations through key recruiting engagements.  During the past decade, Andy has led search teams within health care systems, hospitals, medical group practices and health care service companies.  His consultative expertise on physician alignment strategies, compensation methodologies and recruitment processes, combined with his professionalism and judgment, bring exceptional skill to his clients.

Andy is a member of several professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Andy also carries the distinction of being appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Personnel Services.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
