Carol Westfall

Carol Westfall is President of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician and executive search organization providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for more than 25 years.
Joining Cejka Search in 1986, her proven track record of effective search management, from initial consulting and problem-solving to final contract negotiations, led to her promotion to Vice President of the Physician Search Division. In this role she assumed responsibility for Cejka Search's largest national outsourced account.
Numerous healthcare and business publications, including Modern Healthcare, HealthLeaders and the St. Louis Business Journal have cited Westfall as an industry expert. In addition, Westfall has written articles on medical recruitment topics that have appeared in HealthLeaders, Recruiting Physicians Today, Physicians Practice, Healthcare Provider and others. She is a frequent presenter at conferences of the Medical Group Management Association, the American Medical Group Association and the American College of Physician Executives.
Westfall has been involved in management, marketing, and sales for more than 25 years. Serving in the positions of executive director, marketing executive, and vice president of sales, Westfall has worked in companies ranging in size from 20 to 500 employees.
With extensive and varied organizational expertise, Westfall has an exceptional understanding of the healthcare industry. She also understands the unique needs of client organizations, including hospitals/systems, academic institutions, group practices and managed care organizations. Originally from Michigan, Westfall holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and graduate hours from Purdue University.
